1. In order to register and further work in the Application, the Application User provides his/her personal data and may also allow the collection of some technical information of his/her mobile device (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data").
2. The Company may use fully depersonalized Personal Data, for example, to refine the Application in accordance with the preferences of Application Users, for marketing and research purposes of the Company.
3. The Company is an operator of Personal Data and takes all necessary measures to protect Personal Data in accordance with The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) ('PDPO') legislation in Hong Kong.
4. Personal Data specified by the User of the Application during registration shall be processed (collected, stored, clarified, used, deleted) in the information system of the Application for the following purposes:
4.1 Identification of the User for order placement.
4.2 Full functioning of the individual services of the Application built on the interaction of users of the mobile application between themselves.
4.3 Establishment of feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the Application, provision of services, processing of requests and applications from the User.
4.4 Creating an account for making orders, if the User has agreed to create an account.
4.5 Providing effective customer and technical support to the User if there are any problems associated with the use of the Application.
4.6 Providing access to the User to the sites or services of the Company's partners in order to obtain products, updates and services.
5. Technical information about the device of the User of the Application includes:
- data about the model of the mobile device of the User of the Application (manufacturer, model, operating system version, device identifier and other technical parameters and identifiers, including IMEI);
- statistical information about the Application launches and activities in it;
- location data of the Application User's device in active or background mode, if the Application User allows the Application to access location services (GPS, Wi-Fi signals) of the mobile device;
- data from the camera and microphone of the Application, if the Application User allows the Application to access the camera and microphone of the mobile device.
6. The User of the Application shall have the right, in accordance with paragraph 7.3 of the Terms of Use, to request the deletion of Personal Data from the information system of the Application. Deletion of the Personal Data of the User of the Application shall result in the cancellation of registration and the inability to use the Application.
7. The Company is not responsible for the actions of third parties (including Internet service providers that ensure the technical availability of the Application in the location of the User of the Application), with respect to the protection of communication channels through which information is transmitted to or from the Application, and does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Application and its uninterrupted operation.
8. The Contractor shall not be responsible for obtaining by third parties of the User's Personal Data by gaining access to the User's device. The User is obliged to ensure the safety of data on his device by himself.
9. The company will not tolerate any objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable events and users will be moderated after 30 min maximum after being reported.
